SERVICES
The following services are provided by OpenSight Communications under the terms of our retainer contract:

Ongoing around the clock media representation.

Initial strategic communication planning as required.

Tailored PR services utilising earned and digital media e.g. profile raising; executing elements of an existing communication strategy; issue awareness; project, product or service promotion.

Emergency/crisis media management including media risk management planning; emergency media response and advice; and direct media representation.

Minimum agreed to news or opinion story per month produced and placed with digital and/or traditional media i.e. print, television, radio, online blogs etc. Minimum number of stories increases with larger retainers.

Manage promotion of earned media on digital platforms e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.

One full day (or two half day) media training sessions per year.

Exclusive complimentary private ‘meet and greet’ events with key journalists, commentators and political staff/Members of Parliament.

Ongoing strategic communication advice and representation.
Individual project work:

Opensight Communications can provide strategic communications and media/public relations services for a specific project or limited time-frame.

This includes utilising earned and digital media to meet a defined communications objective e.g. profile raising; executing elements of an existing communication strategy; issue awareness; project, product or service promotion.

Rates and fees will be determined by the amount of work required and can be negotiated on a project-by-project basis.
Media training:

Opensight Communications can provide interactive media training comprising half or full day sessions depending on the level of training required and the number of people to be trained.

The training consists of theoretical and practical components, including live interview simulations and analysis.

Media training can also be tailored to meet specific needs.
RATES & TERMS
The following rates and key terms are stipulated in the standard contract to engage OpenSight Communications:

Retainers start at $3,000 per month plus GST. Priority service retainers start at $6,000 per month.

Individual project services are also available on an ad hoc basis and will be quoted prior to commencement and an individual itemised account provided.
Media training:

Rates for media training depend on the level of training required and the number of people attending.

Individual media training services will be quoted upon prior to commencement.

As a guide, 2-3 people for a half-day session - $1,500 plus GST; 2-3 people for majority/full day - $3,000 plus GST. Rates increase for 4-6 people. Maximum 8 people per session.
